There is no glasses finder in the first place, you will not get your order or all your money back. I can imagine lots of customers not being bothered over £2.30- this is where they're making their money. Not worth being stuck on hold to the bank for hours, certainly not enough for small claims court. If you do request a refund then they'll only do a partial amount meaning you're out of pocket by a few quid or so. They bank on you forgetting all about your order, they don't have stock available in the first place. I believe this "business" is operating in a predatory manner by marketing what could be a disability aid (adhd folks benefit from gadgets like these, for example) with no intention of actually delivering a product. I believe this company is a scam and their actual business isn't coming from selling a product, but instead from pocketing small amount from each refund, or the full amount as the order has been forgotten about. Will you please edit your review on trust pilot stating that we refunded your money? The answer to that question is- I will update with the fact that Paypal gave me my refund under customer protection policies, and then asked you to give them their money back and now you want it to look like you refunded my money. After PayPal granted my refund which probably sent an email to the company that sells Findy to request their $ back, the company sent me an email saying we are going to refund your money now. This morning I contacted Paypal, requested customer protection, and PayPal granted my refund. I stated in that email that if they would not take responsibility for the return shipping and grant me my refund I would contact PayPal. It finally arrived broken and in my last email to attempt to get resolution from the company that sells the Findy I requested that they pay for return shipping because they sold me something that did not work and international shipping of this broken device would cost close to the amount of the object itself. I politely reached out by email, asking for shipment dates or for a tracking number, and all those request were ignored. So you sold me a device you knew didn’t work? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD UPDATE: I waited patiently for months. Contacted support and was told I need a part that isn’t even going into production for 8 weeks. BEWARE: Rcv’d broken, won’t support for at least 3 months
