Students in these classes will improve their agility by developing strength, balance, and coordination while working on skills on a variety of ninja and gymnastics equipment, as well as tumbling skills. Ninja/Gym Combo classes bring together the related parts of the Ninja, Tricking/Parkour, and Gymnastics worlds. Ninja Warrior does not offer Open or Casual Sessions. Students will increase their agility by developing their strength, balance, and coordination by safely navigating through courses with a variety of obstacles including, but not limited to, pole slides, devil steps, salmon ladders, and a warped wall. Youth Ninja classes are focused on developing skills on Ninja Warrior equipment and apparatuses specifically. Youth Ninja | Ages 7 – 12 years / Teen Ninja | Ages 13 – 17 years You will see your child build confidence in their abilities, take turns with others, follow directions, and learn fundamentals that prepare them for many things in both the ninja world and the real world! Baby Ninja classes are limited to eight parent/toddler pairs per instructor. Some of the drills used in class involve kicking. Jumping, climbing, rolling and swinging are all part of this fun class where parents learn to coach their little ninja warrior. Your child will learn stranger danger and we will reinforce what your child is learning in preschool. This class is designed for preschool aged athletes and its activities are guided by their developmental stage. BABY NINJAS (ages 18 months - 3 years) helps toddlers develop gross motor skills and coordination through skills grounded in functional movement. This class is for young athletes looking to develop their basic ninja skills! They will learn to safely overcome obstacles, run, jump, climb and hang on the Ninja Warrior equipment. Must be Potty Trained (or able to communicate that they need to go) Independent child (no parental participation) Ninja clothing and English interpretation are provided.
